Prices and Currency
All listed prices and processed transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Mavericks Western Wear offers an exchange of goods or a store credit on return of stock purchased. We do not offer a monetary refund on items unless item purchased is faulty. Sale items are not able to be returned.
A proof of purchase from the customer must accompany the return of goods, as well as a note stating what the customer would like done with the goods. Postage will be re-charged if an item is being exchanged and posted out.
Note: Postage originally charged for an item will not be refunded if a customer decides to return/exchange an item, unless item is faulty.
By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, permitting that stock is available, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 5pm AEST on a weekday will be sent out the next business day, and orders placed after this time Friday or on a weekend will be sent Monday morning. Please select the Parcel Post (Standard Service) option in shipping if you require you parcel to be insured against loss or damage.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS - Australia Post - Australia Post Express is also available.
Shipping Time: 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR METRO, 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR REGIONAL
For all international orders we use Australia Post Pack & Track International.
Pack & Track Internationl has a 7-14 business day delivery time, but can be faster depending on your location.
All prices on the Mavericks Western Wear website are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.
The customer will be responsible for any customs or import charges.
Once your order is packed and leaves our shop, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel from Australia Post.
However, just in case you don't receive this, you can track your items using the following websites:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Mavericks Western Wear cannot offer reimbursement for this package. If the second postage option for registered parcels is not selected in shipping and the parcel goes missing, Mavericks Western Wear is not responsible for the replacement or credit of the order. Once it leaves our warehouse it is Australia Posts responsibility.
